Scott County is in Tennessee's 8th Judicial District, which also includes Campbell, Claiborne, Fentress and Union counties.
Lori Phillips-Jones serves as District Attorney General in the 8th Judicial District. Mrs. Jones, a native of Scott County, has served as attorney general since 2012. Her offices are located at the Scott County Justice Center on Scott High Drive in Huntsville.
John Galloway serves as deputy district attorney general, and Tom Barclay serves as assistant district attorney general in Scott County.
