Sorghum is a table grade syrup referred to as molasses. Sorghum is made from the green juice which has been extracted from sorghum cane stalks. Come and watch as the horses pull the mill that squeezes the juice from the stalks. The juice is then boiled on a large evaporator pan, and it gradually turns into a thick, golden colored, delicious sorghum syrup.
