Emergencies

St. Mary's Scott County has a 24-hour emergency department with around the clock physician staffing. Emergency calls are dispatched by Scott County's E-911 communications system and ambulance service is provided by Scott County EMS, which is managed by Scott County Government. Air evac services are provided by the University of Tennessee Medical Center at Knoxville's Lifestar helicopter service and, occasionally, by Air Evac.
